House shows who is on each desk, block by block, and how to reach them.
Do it
Open House . It opens on your house, this week.
Tap the house name to read another house. The desk phone sits under the name.
- Use the week bar to change weeks.
- Tap a block to see who holds it.
Call or email them, or tap Call the desk .
What you’ll see
The card gives their phone, email, and home house, which can differ from the desk they staff.
Rules that apply
- The list holds live houses only. A house that has not launched has no schedule. See Core concepts.
- Every house is readable, none editable, because you hold no write power. See Core concepts.
- Green means a non-home worker, floated in or claimed, so the desk is not theirs. See When you get floated.
- A block with nobody’s name is an open seat, still there to be claimed. See Picking up open shifts.
- “(Pending)” means the float is unanswered, so treat that desk as unsettled. See How a shift gets covered.
- A swap mark means nothing has moved. The desk stays as shown until the other person accepts. See How a swap actually resolves.
- The grid is the record, updated the moment anything changes.
If it goes wrong
The house reads Closed. It is shut on those dates: no shifts, no open seats.
Nobody is on the block. Cover is chased only when a desk would be empty, so this seat waits in the open feed.
No phone on the card. No number is saved, so email them or call the desk.
